Ready, set, learn!

September 11 was our first day of Sunday school We were treated by our TBE Sisterhood to a fantastic Back-to-School Breakfast filled with treats for everyone. As families filled the social hall, the smiles and laughter filled the air. Students reconnected with friends and classmates and teachers mingled with families to make introductions.

During t’filah, we were led in song and prayer by Rabbi Keren Gorban and Cantor Geoff Fine. Class time was our opportunity to connect with students, get to know each other and explore our new classrooms and materials. Join us for a fantastic voyage through learning this year.

Community lunches will be served at 12:00 p.m. on Sundays when we have school in session. Please see the school calendar for more details.

Hebrew School

Class is in session! Classes are being held on Wednesdays both in person and Zoom for intermediate as well as advanced students. Beginner classes are all held in person.

We will be serving snacks and drinks during class to fight off those after school munchies. Families are welcome to relax in our reading room or enjoy some quiet time in the social hall or our beautiful biblical garden while you wait.

Reading Passport Challenge

You’re invited to take on our reading passport challenge with TBE. Students are challenged to read four books per month in different themes. Each month they achieve their personal goal, they can earn prizes.

At the end of the school year, students who participates will be invited to our part to celebrate reading champions. Have a student interested in joining? The sign up is available in their classroom.
