Description: Matzo ball soup. Gefilte fish. Challah. Kugel. These are Ashkenazi delicacies. Other parts of the Jewish world have different traditions. Chraime from Tunisia. Doro wet from Ethiopia. Tebit from Iraq. Pizza Ebraica from Rome. Osh Sovo from Bukhara. These are just a few examples of the real breadth of Jewish cuisine. Join us in cooking Jewish in ways you might never have cooked before!
This is an in person only class and has a 5-person minimum and a 10-person maximum.
