You are invited to a Q&A session on the Committee Consolidation Proposal that was shared in the April bulletin* (see Zoom info below).

We understand that there was not a lot of detail in the announcement, and that we did not proactively include all of the committee chairs in the development of this proposal. This Q&A is an opportunity to discuss your questions and concerns about the plan. We are also eager to get your insight to how to make it work for our organization. The proposal is very much still in draft form, and frankly, we are likely to postpone bringing the ballot measure to the Congregational Meeting on May 18th. Rather, we would like your help coming up with how to test out the concept over the next year. Then we can make changes to the bylaws based on what is proven to work. Given that we're already out of compliance with the bylaws, there's no need to change them in order to try this out.

The session will be recorded for anyone who is not able to attend in real-time.
